I've Got It!!!!

Lots of people complain that I don't update my blog enough. And this is very true!! I really don't. And that is because I can never think of anything to post about!! So I have come up with an idea that will help me post more often. In fact, I will be posting everyday!!! :)

I am going to post a picture. Every single day (unless something comes up). And most of these photos will not be taken by me, but I may show you a couple of my photos at some point. Most of these pictures will be pictures that I found on weheartit.com and they will just be pictures that I enjoy. Some of them will have hidden meanings to me, and I may or may not tell you what those are. These posts may or may not contain a blog entry. Some days they will be just picture and other days they may have a story or poem to go along with them. I really hope that you guys enjoy this idea!!!

Summer!!

Summer is coming to an end!! I start school on August 15th!!
The end of my summer is always the busiest. Two weeks ago, I went to visit my Aunt in Phoenix, Arizona. I spent a week helping her with house work and shopping. I didnt enjoy the house work, but it was worth it. The last couple of days that I was in Phoenix, some of my Aunt's friends visited, and we had a blast!! They are the funniest people that I have ever met!!
After taking the long road trip home, I chilled out for a week. On August 5th I went over to my friend's house and we went back to Phoenix, Arizona to go play laser tag and visit the water park! We had a ton of fun!!
But this week is a bit slower. Im spending most of my time on the computer ((Specifically on Figment)) unless Im out shopping for more school supplies!
I have a pretty boring life besides that..

This makes me a bit nervous...

I have recently joined the website Figment. Its a site where a writer can share their works and have it read and critiqued by other writers. It is enhabited mainly by teenagers, although there is the occational adult. I am really enjoying being a part of the website. Most of the people are amazing and nice, and I just feel at home when Im on Figment.
One feature on Figment, is linking your blog to your Figment 'profile'. I have earned a couple of new followers thanks to this, and it makes me really happy! But it also makes me kind of nervous. Now that my blog is being read by more people, more people can hate it. I realize that I am being extremely negative, but it's true.
The majority of my followers are family, and thats the way it's been for the entire time that I have been doing it. I know that my family doesnt judge me on what I write on my blog, but people who have only ever met me on the internet, will judge me according to what I write. This may be a reason why I havent written for a long time.

The Letter "A"

I am going to start something.I am running out of blog ideas! Its a terrible tragedy and I would like to continue the blogging. So I have thought of a long term sort of idea. I am going to do the letters of the alphabet. So, for example, todays letter is "A". So my topic has to be something starting with an A. The next blog will be B and so on and so forth.

First off I have to think of something with an A....

I think for this post I am going to talk about animals! :) But more specifically my animals!! I have a wide assortment of pets! I have always been a huge animal lover and someday I hope to become a vet... One day I will tell you about my plans once I graduate High School!

Anywho, I have a guinea pig, a rabbit, a cat, 3 dogs, and a horse!
I will go from smallest to largest here:

My Guinea Pigs name is Steven! He is a boy (obviously, he has a male name) and lives all by himself in a cage in our living room. He is a short haired American Guinea Pig. I got him about a year ago and he is estemated to be able 2 years old. I really do love him even though I dont spend that much time with him! I am thinking about introducing my guinea pig and my bunny to each other so they can run around the living room together!  

My Bunny Rabbit's name is Bella and obviously a girl!! I got her for easter this year! (Ironic Easter present is it not??) My wonderful grandma (on my moms side) got her for me! She is an Angora Rabbit. Angora's have really long fluffy hair!! And it doesnt stop growing! Every once in awhile I have to give her a little trim! She lives in a cage in my room underneath my bed. I spend alot more time with her because I let her come out of the cage at night and rome about as I read. But I love her just as equally as all my other pets.

My Kitty Kat's name is Donut.....I was like 5 when I named her! Hahaha but she is a short haired mutt! We have no idea what type she is but she sure is a loving little thing!! She lives outside because she had an 'accident (that wasnt so much of an accident)' inside the house and now she resides outside. But everytime you come home she is there by the front to to great you with a kind "Meow!" She was my second cat pet and I love her!!

Now for all the dogs!! Only one is technically 'mine' but I will tell you about them all!!
First up is MY dog: Shania! She is named after Shania Twain (because of a little tradition one of my horse friends has) and she is an Australian Shepard, Border Collie Mix. She is probably the most intellegent of the dogs that we have and deffianetly the most playful!! She loves to play constantly! She is my little baby and I love her. I have had her for 2 years now and I got her at a horse show when she was only a couple months old!

Next up, Rocky! This is my moms dog, and he is a Pit Bull Shepard Mix. We got him for Easter when I was about 6 years old. A lady came into the nail salon where me and my mom got our nails done and was giving away these adorable 6 week old puppies!! So we just had to get one! He was my first dog ever and I absolutely love him! He is probably the most mentally retarded of all the dogs., and of all the animals! Haha but we still love him all the same!!

Lastely is Gizmo!! This is sorta the family dog! Haha He is a little dog, and we dont exactly know what type he is. He looks to be a mix of corgie, chihuahua, dachsund and some thing else!! He is a total mutt!! But he is the most adorable dog of all time! Just the way he acts and everything is so cute! You just want to throw him against a wall!! Hahaha just kidding! I would never abuse an animal! But seriously he is adorable! The whole family loves to sit in the living room and just watch him play!! We found him in a pet store about 6 months ago...Someone had abandoned him on a shelf in the pet store and we had to rescue him! And we are so glad that we did!!

Now, the last of them all is my horse!! Her registered name is Golddust Review, but we call her Mrs. Arnold. She is an American Quarter Horse and a golden color with a white main and tail! She is gorgeous!! I use her for horse shows and such and she wins all the time!! You might be wondering where 'Mrs. Arnold' the name came from. The people who owned her before me where trying to teach the young boys of the household that getting a girl pregnant at a young age was not good, and that you have to get married before doing that. But the horse (Mrs. Arnold) was pregnant at the time and the boys wondered who the horses husband was. At the time the also had another horse named Arnold. So they 'married' the pregnant mare to Arnold and she became Mrs. Arnold!

I love all of my animals sooo much and I was I could be with them all the time!! But unfortunaly I cant. Like now. I am staying with my grandparents for the night and I cannot take any pictures for you. But later I will take pictures and upload them to my photography tab above the blog posts ^^^

Summer School Is Over!!

Summer school is finally over as of today!! And I am proud to say that I passed with an A! :) I also have to admit thatI doubt I will ever be doing summer school again!! I was extremely tired throughout the entire month! It probably didnt help much that I would stay up until 3 and 4 in the morning, buuut whatever :) I must say to those of you who havent yet taken Geometry, that it is alot easier than Algebra 1! To be honest I am a bit scared to take Algebra 2 next year! I am not the best at math :/

As you may have seen by my last post, I have gotten a new book! It is called Nest Eggs By Kate Knapp and contains a bunch of insperational quotes and such! I got it as a contest prize from Romi! You guys should really go check out her channel. She reviews book and writes stories. She really is a talented young lady! :)
So, for a while now I will be writing quotes on here out of this book :) Please forgive me if I repeat some, but they are all just soooo good! <3

Happy Father’s Day!!

Fathers Day is one of my favorite holidays! I love my Dad sooo mcuh!! I got him a card and I made a little pic that says #1 Dad!

This morning we woke up and got ready for the exciting day. We headed to Sweet Tomatoes to have breakfast with my grandparents and uncle. After that we walked over to the Staples (Office Store) and got a compass for my Geometry class. After coming back home, me and my dad played Modern Warfare. Tonight my mom is making a special dinner and we have Turtle Pie for desert! Yum! :)

So far, my fathers day has been pretty amazing and I hope my dad thinks the same!

Next on the agenda, I wanted to tell you all about my summer school. I am taking Geometry in summer school. Before you make accusations, I am taking Geometry to get ahead in my classes. We are finally in second semester, and I have nine days left. It might not seem that bad except we are in class from 1pm – 7pm! Six hours of Math!!!! I would say its pretty bad. I am really glad that I have some friends in my class or I don’t think I would go.

Even though I hate it, Im glad that I am taking the class. Geometry is really easy for me and I am going to be able to get at least one college class out of the way in high school in the future.

One of these days I will post what I want to do when I grow up, on this blog. But that will come a different time. Now I have to go spend more time with my amazing dad :)

This Star Wont Go Out!

A little awhile ago a fellow nerdfighter named Esther Earl contracted cancer. After passing away the Earl Family created The This Star Wont Go Out foundation! For more informations you can go Here. And I also copied the mission statement below:

The purpose of This Star Won't Go Out foundation is to financially assist families struggling through the journey of a child living with cancer. Caring for a seriously ill child creates tremendous stress for the family system, and having to worry about money is both burdensome and distracting. TSWGO's goal is to carry a bit of that burden for hurting families through financial gifts.



TSWGO has a second goal, and it's tied to why the foundation got started in the first place. TSWGO was established in memory of 16-year old Esther Earl, an avid Nerdfighter and passionate Harry Potter Alliance fan. Her online friends and causes met many of the social and emotional needs in her life, hampered as she was by her progressing thyroid cancer. Yet Esther (Persian for "Star") lived life fully, getting involved in social justice issues, loving her friends, her family and cats, and always remembering to be awesome. With the goal of never letting her Star go out, TSWGO will also be funding occasional projects that fit Esther's quirky, compassionate life vision.

You may have noticed the picture behind the Title. I dont particularly like it, but the advanced setting on blogger arent working right now. Therefore, I cant change the color of the title, and without the picture you cannot see the title. Hopefully soon the setting will work again and I will be able get rid of the picture.

Mistakes. :(

I realize that Ive made a lot of mistakes in my life time. But Hell, Im only 14 years old and I need to start holding up my word. I say things I dont mean all the time and that needs to change. I do stupid things all the time. I dont pay attention to the time or the date. This all needs to change. But I cant just change at the drop of a hat. So one thing at a time. Firstly, I am going to start to only say things when I mean it. This means that if I say Im going to be home at 330 that its gunna happen no matter what. This means that I am going to wash the dogs when I say I will. I am going to change, and Ive got my mind set on it.
But I need something from you. If this is too much, then dont give it to me. If you dont believe in me, that's okie. If you dont support me, that's okie. But I would like just this:

Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides

I am probably the happiest person that they made a new Pirates of the Carribean movie. Although one thing makes me really mad about the whole thing: they didnt bring back Elizabeth and William Turner. As far as know. But either way it is going to be a very good movie!!

Otherwise my life is pretty boring. Finals are coming up and they are about as scary as The Haunting. English is probably the hardest one for me. If he would just let me write an essay and be done with it, I would be fine. Yet he has to add some hard test to go along with it. Next is Algebra. This is the second time I have taken the class so it will be pretty easy, but I am still a bit nervous because it covers so much information. Science will be, by far, the easiest final of the year. We are working on study guides for it and guess what!? We are allowed to use these study guides on the test. The only thing is, I need to remember to finish my study guide.

Love is a pretty stupid thing. Girls these days fall in and out of love all the time. One day we are in love with one guy and the next its a new guy. And often times we fall in love with someone that we cant have. Anytime that I hear that he doesnt like me, just makes me want him more, yet the minute I find out that he likes me I totally forget about them. Ive come to the realization that I dont need a guy to be happy. All I need are good friends, family, books, and the internet to make me happy. So as long and my friends dont leave me, my family doesnt dis-own me, books dont all burn, and the internet doesnt go out I think I will be fine. But in the event that all that crap happens, I could always turn back to the boys. :P Lets hope that I dont have to do that, because boys are dumb. :)
